Quality Certification
The company HADJIKYPREOS CHEMICALS S.A., in response to the demands of the modern business environment and aiming to improve its organizational structure and internal communication, always striving for faster and better service to its Customers, has decided to design and implement a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ELOT EN ISO 9001:2008, and in early 2017 to proceed with the design and implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
The company’s Quality Management System covers all of the company’s activities related to the Trading and Repackaging of Chemical Products and the Production of Silicone. It was designed in accordance with the needs and objectives of the Company, as well as the Legal and Regulatory Requirements of the applicable Greek and European legislation.
Customer satisfaction and the assurance of their trust, through the fulfillment of established quality specifications, as well as reliability in deliveries, are fundamental principles of HADJIKYPREOS CHEMICALS S.A. The company’s goal is to cover as much of the domestic market as possible while simultaneously expanding into neighboring markets.

To achieve the above objectives more quickly and effectively, the Management of HADJIKYPREOS CHEMICALS S.A.:
- Commits to and implements the principles of its Quality Policy and the Quality Management System it establishes.
- Commits to complying with applicable Greek and European legislation.
- Informs its personnel and encourages them to commit to the same principles.
- Commits to providing the necessary infrastructure and equipment for the execution of its operations and the proper implementation of the Quality Management System.
Quality Management System EN ISO 9001:2015
To achieve the above objectives, all necessary references have been included in the documentation of the Quality Management System. Through systematic planning, process control, and the continuous improvement of all activities, the company’s principles are fulfilled.
Each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work and is required to contribute to quality management and the achievement of the defined objectives. For this reason, all employees, according to their responsibilities, are informed about the Quality Management System and act demonstrably in accordance with the established rules.
Processes, workflows, and actions that do not guarantee the achievement of the set objectives are immediately stopped by those responsible, cause analyses are conducted, and the required improvement measures are defined.
This Quality Policy is communicated to personnel, is available to all interested parties, and is periodically reviewed by the Company’s Management.
Since 2008, our company has implemented and applied a Quality Management System for the areas of: Trading of Chemical Products and Plating Equipment, and the Production and Trading of Silicone.
